**Tickets to Shimendong Scenic Area for Qingtian locals are not free**. According to official inquiries from the Shimendong Scenic Area Tourism Bureau, tickets to the Shimendong Scenic Area for Qingtian locals are 50 yuan per person, and half price for children. The Shimen Cave Scenic Area is located on the north bank of the Oujiang River, 30 kilometers northwest of Qingtian County, Zhejiang Province.
