1. All types of enterprises shall not close before 24:00 on February 9 The reopening of schools will be postponed until after February 17. 2. All cultural, sports, tourism and other public places in the area will be temporarily closed, and all types of training will be suspended. Catering operators are allowed to operate after reporting to the market supervision department for approval. Online ordering operators should declare uniformly through the takeout service platform company, and they are not allowed to operate without consent.

3. The District Administrative Service Center and the Town Convenience Service Center have suspended on-site handling of business at the window. For special cases where emergencies require on-site handling in the lobby of the District Administrative Service Center, you can call the relevant departments during working hours. To make an appointment, please refer to the attached table for consultation and appointment telephone numbers of relevant departments. During the epidemic, round-the-clock service will be cancelled. The reception area for people visiting in Jiaojiang District is temporarily closed. People can report problems, make suggestions, and express their demands through phone calls, the Internet, emails, mobile apps, etc. Tax-related services, public security traffic control, social security, water supply, power supply, pipeline gas and other services are recommended to be processed online.

4. For Hubei nationals and students who have returned to their hometowns, employers and schools should notify relevant personnel that in principle they are not allowed to return to Jiaojiang before the epidemic is resolved, and personnel from other areas should also be advised not to return. For those who really need to return to Chili in the near future due to epidemic prevention needs, their unit must promptly report to the district prevention and control headquarters for record approval, strengthen quarantine inspections and health protection, and strictly implement medical observation, isolation and other measures in accordance with regulations to ensure full coverage and no Omission.

9. If the labor contract expires during the period of employee isolation and treatment or medical observation, government-implemented isolation measures or other emergency measures, the period shall be postponed to the expiration of the employee's medical treatment period, the expiration of the medical observation period, and the period of isolation respectively. The period expires or the emergency measures taken by the government end.
