Harbin Northern Forest Zoo, formerly known as Harbin Zoo, is located 46 kilometers away from Hamu Highway in Harbin, Heilongjiang Province, and officially opened to the public on September 28, 2004. Covering an area of 558 hectares, the park is the largest forest zoo in China.

Harbin North Forest Zoo Park has excellent ecological environment and rich vegetation, with a forest coverage rate of over 95.8%. Garden and natural landscape are integrated, which is a natural "big oxygen bar".
