Required materials for visa application
1. Basic personal information
1) Valid passport.
2) Passport photo.
3) Visa application form.
4) Old passport (with visa information).
5) Marital status documents, including marriage or civil partnership certificate, divorce or death certificate.
2. Documents proving work or study
