Tourist attractions in Hainan area
Feilaishi and Sandaogou: Feilaishi is located about 4km east of the residence of Hainan District People's Government and about 1 km east of the 6km milestone from Hainan District to Qipanjing. Feilaishi and Sandaogou are tourist attractions to be developed in Hainan. There are five Ming Dynasty beacon towers in Hainan, among which Erdaokan beacon tower is the most spectacular. The beacon tower site is located about 1000 meters northwest of the Second Team of Yellow River Farm in Xizhuo Zishan Cement Plant, and about 500 meters east of the Yellow River. Site of Laseng Temple: Located on the platform halfway up the mountain in the north of Aregeten, 800 meters away from Laseng Temple to Gongwusu Railway, it is a residential area. Founded in the 43rd year of Qing Qianlong (A.D. 1778), it is a Mongolian medical institution with a large collection of Mongolian and Tibetan medical books. 1967 was destroyed during the Cultural Revolution. 1990, the Ramon Temple was rebuilt with the funding of Hainan District People's Government and multi-channel fund-raising. Queergou Rock Paintings: Located in Queergou Mountain, with an area of about 100 square meter, the pictures are mostly animal patterns. Fishing Village: Located on the bank of the Yellow River about 6 kilometers west of Xizhuozishan Cement Plant. At the end of 1990s, Xizhuo Zishan Cement Plant cooperated with Xizhuo Zishan Office for development. By 2002, tourist attractions have built yurt restaurants, swimming pools, racecourses, fish ponds for tourists to fish, recreation rooms, river pavilions and other holiday and leisure places. Rabbit Island: A sandwich island in the Yellow River about 5 kilometers west of Laoshidan Town, with an area of about 42 hectares. There are wild trees such as willow, Populus euphratica and Elaeagnus angustifolia on the island. It is named after rabbits on the island. It is an important tourism resource in Hainan and has great development value. Sihemu Nature Reserve: it is 2 km away from Haila Highway/KLOC-0 in the north, 25km away from the railway station in the south, with Gande Mountain as the barrier in the west and Haila Highway as the boundary in the east. In this narrow strip with an area of about 1730 hectares, there are a large number of ancient and endangered plants and "living fossils" of Tetraena mongolica in the plant kingdom.
Bayintaohai Caragana Plantation Reserve: Located in the east of Bayintaohai, 8 kilometers away from Bayintaohai Township Government. The mountains here are rolling, the sky is high and the clouds are light, and it is endless. Since 1978, Caragana korshinskii has been planted here in Bayintaohai Township, and by 2002, the planting area reached 200,000 mu. With the continuous expansion of planting area, more and more groups and individuals come to visit, which is an important tourism resource in Hainan. In the area of more than 70 kilometers along the Yellow River, the unique natural scenery formed by long rivers, deserts, mountains, Gobi, ancient beacon towers, cottages and fields constitutes Hainan's unique tourism resources.
