1. Introduction to Zhangjiakou Tourism: Zhangjiakou City is located at the junction of Jucie Jing, Hebei and Mongolia, about 18 kilometers away from Beijing. It has a dangerous terrain and is known as the "Mountain City beyond the Great Wall". The terrain of the whole city is high in the northwest and low in the southeast, and the yinshan mountains runs through the middle, which divides the whole city into two natural geographical areas: Bashang and Basha. Bashang area is a typical undulating plateau landscape with flat terrain and vast grassland, and many inland lakes, beams, beaches, grass slopes and beaches are alternately distributed. The topography of the dam area is complex, the mountains are undulating, and the hills and valleys and basins are alternately distributed.

Zhangjiakou area is rich in water resources. Most of the rivers in Bashang area are inland seasonal rivers with short flow, wide riverbed and shallow channel, which flow into inland lakes from south to north Korea, among which the larger inland rivers are Anguli River, Daqing River and Wutai River. The rivers under the dam belong to Yongding River system, mainly including Yanghe River, Qingshui River and Sanggan River.

Zhangjiakou is located at the junction of Beijing, Xinjiang, Shanxi and Mongolia, bordering Beijing in the east, Datong in the west, Inner Mongolia grassland in the north and the hinterland of North China in the south. Facing the coast and backing inland, it is an important link between the central source and northern Xinjiang, and connecting the central and western resource-producing areas with the eastern economic belt.

Zhangjiakou has not only vast grasslands, but also many mountains. In these deep mountains, forests are densely covered, springs are gurgling, flowers and birds are singing, and temples are hidden. There are more than 2 million mu of natural primary forests and secondary forests distributed in Basha Mountain area, with an average forest coverage rate of about 3%-5%, and the key areas are as high as 85%. It is the area with primary forests closest to Beijing and Tianjin. In summer, the forest is vast, the pines are stacked, and the blue waves are thousands of miles away. Being in it, you can enjoy the strength of nature and it is a rare good place to spend the summer. Snow-covered in winter, a northland scenery, with several feet of snow on the mountain, is a natural resort for skiing tourism.

2. About Zhangbei Grassland: Zhangbei County is located in Zhangjiakou City, Hebei Province, located in Bashang area on the southern edge of Inner Mongolia Plateau in the northwest of Hebei Province, adjacent to North China Plain, with dangerous terrain and unique climate. It is composed of two grasslands, Zhongdu and Anguli. It was once the place where the Qing emperor toured and hunted in autumn. The air here is pure, with little pollution, and it is a well-preserved natural grassland. In summer, the weather on the grassland is cool, flowers are everywhere, and white clouds are fluttering. At this time, it is the best time to visit the grassland scenery. You can live in a unique yurt or bring your own tent. The ecosystem here is complete, and there are chants of "Shaping grass is endless", "The wind blows white grass and the sky is boundless" and "Deep grass lies on sheep and horses". Green grass, blue sky, white clouds, flocks of cattle and sheep, camel bells ringing, birds singing, Mongolian yurts, milk tea, hand-made meat, mutton and mushroom soup, and fragrant oat noodles, all of which are a grassland style beyond the Great Wall.
