Functions and tasks of Chengdu Tourism Association

(a) to publicize and implement national and local laws, regulations, principles and policies related to tourism;

(two) to investigate the basic situation of the industry and put forward suggestions for the reference of the government and enterprises; Reflect the wishes and requirements of enterprises to the government, put forward tourism industry policies and legislative suggestions, participate in relevant hearings held by the government, and assist the government in formulating and implementing industry development plans, industrial policies, administrative regulations and related laws;

(3) Representing the interests of the same industry and coordinating the relationship between members and the government, members and members, members and non-members in the industry, members in other industries and enterprises, consumers, associations and other social and economic organizations;

(6) If a member violates the agreement on honesty and self-discipline, and the Association deems it necessary to order the suspension of production and business, suspend or revoke the license and business license in accordance with laws and regulations, it shall put forward suggestions for administrative punishment to the relevant administrative organs according to law;

(seven) to carry out information consultation, education and training, conferences and exhibitions, visits and exchanges, tourism recommendations and other activities to promote the development of tourism;

(eight) the units or individuals who have won the "outstanding member units" and "outstanding individuals" of the Association shall inform their superior departments of the awards and recommend them to be commended and rewarded within their competent departments;

(nine) take the initiative to undertake the transfer of government functions such as tourism industry evaluation and service quality grade determination, and undertake other functions authorized by laws and regulations or entrusted by the government.
