Air ticket refund policy

Different airlines have different refund regulations. The general situation is as follows:

Passengers who request a refund 24 hours before the scheduled departure time of the flight will be charged a refund fee of 5% of the original ticket.

Passengers who request a refund within 24 hours and 2 hours before the scheduled departure time of the flight will be charged a refund fee of 10% of the original ticket price.

Passengers who request a refund within 2 hours of the scheduled departure time of the flight will be charged a refund fee of 20% of the original fare.

If a passenger requests a refund after the scheduled departure time of the flight, it will be treated as a missed flight and a refund fee of 50% of the original ticket will be charged.

Passengers with irregular tickets who request a refund will be charged a refund fee of 5% of the original fare.

Passengers with connecting and return air tickets will be refunded according to the refund time and departure time of each flight segment.

If all the tickets are not used, the refund fee charged in accordance with the refund regulations shall be deducted from all the original tickets paid, and the balance shall be returned to the passengers.

If some tickets have been used, the fare of the used flight segment shall be deducted from the original payment, and the refund fee for the unused flight segment shall be charged according to the refund regulations, and the balance shall be returned to the passengers.

Unless otherwise specified, the refund fee will be charged to passengers with special fares in accordance with the provisions of voluntary refund.

Disabled revolutionary servicemen who request a refund will be charged a refund fee of 20% of the original fare before the flight departure time; A refund fee of 50% of the original ticket price will be charged after the flight departure time.

Passengers who bought 10% baby tickets request a refund, and the refund fee is free. Recently, there have been local cluster epidemics and sporadic cases in some parts of the country. In order to meet the requirements of epidemic prevention and control in various places, reduce the flow of people and effectively reduce the risk of epidemic spread, the Civil Aviation Administration issued a notice on August 3 to further clarify the requirements for free refund of domestic air tickets in the near future.

Free refund policy

2021Passengers who have purchased domestic air tickets from August 4 to August 3 1 before 0: 00 on August 4 can refund their tickets free of charge from 0: 00 on August 4 to before the flight takes off, and airlines and their air sales agents may not charge fees.

Note: This notice does not apply to passengers who have refunded their tickets before 0: 00 on August 4th.
