With the approval of Yuzhou Municipal People's Government, hosted by Yuzhou Forestry Bureau and Yuzhou Tourism Bureau, and hosted by Yuzhou Forest Botanical Garden, the first 2008 "Celebrating China and Leyuzhou" Spring Festival Lantern Festival is scheduled to open on the 29th of the twelfth lunar month in 2007, and will be held in Yuzhou Forest Botanical Garden on February 2, 2008.

At the same time, a series of theme activities are added to prepare food, handicrafts, cultural performances, photo competitions, auto shows, housing exhibitions, entertainment and other activities for tourists. In particular, a large lantern festival and the Eight Banners Wind Art Troupe of Liaoning were introduced from Zigong City, Sichuan Province to perform in the park.

After intensive preparations, the Forest Botanical Garden has launched the largest activity organized since its establishment. At the same time, we also carried out investment promotion activities such as naming lanterns, advertising corridors and food locations, which increased certain benefits for the economic development of the park. Yuzhou Forest Botanical Garden has successfully passed the preliminary acceptance of AAAA-level scenic spots organized by the Provincial Tourism Bureau, which indicates that this scenic spot is expected to become the second AAAA-level scenic spot in Xuchang City after Yanling Huabo Garden. Yuzhou Forest Botanical Garden is a large-scale leisure and holiday tourist area developed by Yuzhou Municipal Party Committee and Municipal Government to improve the urban ecological environment and promote the rapid development of tourism. Since the development and construction in 2002, a total investment of 2 1 10,000 yuan has been made, and the first and second phases of the project have been basically completed, forming a scale of 3,200 mu, which has quickly become a new tourist attraction in the surrounding areas and even the whole province. In order to further improve the level of scenic spots and build a well-known tourism brand in Yuzhou, in June 2005, Yuzhou officially started the creation of 4A-level scenic spots in Forest Botanical Garden, with an investment of 6.67 million yuan, which improved the infrastructure, enriched the sightseeing projects, strengthened the management of scenic spots, and significantly improved the hardware level, management level and service level of scenic spots. 20 12, Yuzhou Forest Botanical Garden successfully passed ISO9000 quality system certification and ISO 14000 environmental management quality certification. It is reported that AAAA-level scenic spots are the highest level of quality evaluation of tourist attractions in China. According to the relevant regulations, after the provincial preliminary examination, the National Tourism Administration will make a final acceptance of the work of creating AAAA-level scenic spots in the Forest Botanical Garden in the near future.
