If we travel with a group, will the tour guide take us to the airport to complete the formalities and get on the plane with us, or will we fly to our destination and someone will pick us up?

If you are with a group, there will usually be local tour guides in the concentrated area getting on the bus and flying to the destination with the group members. You just have to listen to the tour guide all the time. When you arrive at your destination, the local tour guide (all tour groups are cooperative) will pick you up and take you to the hotel, and then another tour guide will take the group members to play.
