2023 Shenyang Marathon is a marathon hosted by Shenyang Municipal People's Government, and undertaken by Shenyang Sports Bureau, Propaganda Department of Shenyang Municipal Committee, Shenyang Public Security Bureau, Shenyang Urban and Rural Construction Bureau, Shenyang Cultural Tourism and Radio and Television Bureau, Shenyang Municipal Committee of Communist Youth League, Heping District People's Government, Shenhe District People's Government and Hunnan District People's Government.

On September 17, 2023, Shenyang Marathon started in Hunnan Middle Road. After fierce competition, Ethiopian Melaku Belachew Bizuneh won the full marathon with a time of 2 hours 13 minutes1second. Li Bai of Liaoning won the women's marathon in 2 hours, 365,438+0 minutes and 50 seconds, and broke the competition record.

method of timing

1. The marathon and the half marathon in this competition are timed by induction. The induction timing chip starts timing when the athlete passes the starting point (net timing), and the healthy running and happy running events are not timed.

2. The entry numbers of the contestants are uniformly compiled and distributed by the organizing committee, and the induction timing chip starts timing when the contestants pass the starting line. All participants must fix the number cloth (large size) in front of their bodies. If the number cloth is not worn, folded or blocked according to the regulations, the organizing Committee has the right to cancel the competition results. If the induction timing chip is not worn according to the regulations, resulting in no record of the timing point results, the competition results will be cancelled.

3. The organizing committee has time-sensitive carpets at the starting point, every 5 kilometers, the turning-back point and the finishing point, and the contestants must pass through all the ground time-sensitive carpets one by one. If the competition is completed within the closing time but there is no result at any time, the final result will not be ranked if it is cancelled.
