Luchuan County, which belongs to Yulin City, Guangxi, is the base of anti-Japanese armed uprising in southeast Guangxi. The county is named after six rivers, namely Jiuzhou River, Mima River, Husha River, Rongjiang River, Low Yang River and clear lake River. Located at east longitude 1 10 4' and north latitude 2 1 53'-22 3', it belongs to subtropical monsoon climate, with fertile land and abundant rainfall, with an average frost-free period of 359 days and sufficient light and heat, with an annual average temperature of 2 1.7℃ and an annual average rainfall of 65433. The county covers a total area of 155 1 km2, and governs 4 townships, 12 towns and 155 administrative villages with a total population of 855,000.

Location advantage: Luchuan County, located at the southern tip of Guangxi, is the south gate of Guangxi, bordering Lianjiang and Huazhou in Guangdong in the south, and the county seat is 0/38km from Zhanjiang/KLOC. It is adjacent to Yuzhou District in the north, Beiliu City in the east and Bobai County in the southwest. Li Zhan double-track railway runs through the north and south of Luchuan, which is the only railway passage from Guangxi to Guangdong. Mapan High-grade Highway runs from Nantong to Zhanjiang, Maoming, Guangzhou and Hainan, from Biner Highway to National Highway 324 in the north, and from Nanning, Liuzhou, Guilin and Beihai in the south. It is the most convenient land passage from Guangxi and Southwest China to Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao. The location advantage is unique.

Traffic advantages: Li Zhan double-track railway and Mapan high-grade highway run through the county, and five highway trunk lines in the county connect adjacent counties and urban areas. From the county seat to 16 townships (towns), roads and villages are connected, 85% of administrative villages are connected with hardened roads, and 95% of natural villages are connected with cars. Lizhan double-track railway has a mileage of 70 kilometers and six railway stations. Mapan high-grade highway runs through the north and south of the county 10 towns, with a mileage of 84 kilometers. It is connected to Nanwu second-class highway in the north, Huazhou and Lianjiang in Guangdong in the south, and directly to Zhanjiang, Hainan and Guangzhou. From Yulin to Zhanjiang and Hainan via Mapan Highway (i.e. via Luchuan), it is more than 80 kilometers shorter than that via Bobai. It is the most convenient sea passage from southwest China to Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao. Our county is a famous "automobile kingdom" in China, with 86 fleets and more than 10000 transport vehicles. The transportation industry is very developed. The traffic advantage is very obvious.

Power advantage: sufficient power resources. The county has basically completed the transformation of rural power grid, with 3 1 10000 volt substations and 4 35000 volt substations. After the transformation of rural power grid, the industrial electricity price has dropped to 0.49 yuan per kWh, which is better than the Guangdong industrial electricity price 1 yuan. This year, with the approval of the superior power supply department, we invested more than 3 million yuan to set up a power sales company in April to send electricity to Guangdong. At present, the 1 100 kV transmission and transformation line project with an investment of more than 30 million yuan and the 2.20 kV transmission and transformation project with an investment of more than 40 million yuan are under intense construction and can be put into use this year. Resource advantage: Luchuan County has a subtropical monsoon climate, with an average frost-free period of 359 days, abundant rainfall and sunshine. Luchuan County is the first greening county in Guangxi. There are more than 460,000 mu of low-quality and low-efficiency slash pine in the county, with a wood reserve of more than 260,000 cubic meters, and a 300,000 mu fast-growing and high-yield forest base is under construction. It is a national commodity grain base and a national lean pig production base. Luchuan pig is one of the eight excellent breeding pigs in China, and the national breeding pig gene protection base has been built. Rich in mineral resources, there are 0/8 kinds of metallic minerals such as gold, silver, lead, zinc, ferrotitanium and sulfur iron, and more than 20 kinds of non-metallic minerals such as talc, limestone, granite and clay, with abundant reserves. Luchuan hot spring has a long reputation. There are three artesian hot springs in China: Luchuan Hot Spring, Xielu Hot Spring and Michang Hot Spring. Luchuan Hot Springs are hot springs distributed in county towns. The central hot spring is located at the intersection of Wentang River and Jiuzhou River in the center of the county, with a control area of 10 square kilometers and can be used by 50,000 people every day. Luchuan Hot Springs contain 24 chemical components and many radioactive elements beneficial to human body. Its exposure temperature is 45℃-53℃, which can treat more than 20 diseases such as dermatosis, arthritis and rheumatism, and has good medical and health care functions. Mineral water is rich in resources and well-known both inside and outside the region. It is the first natural green food of mineral water in China, and also the first product that has passed the medical and health care appraisal in China. Native products resources mainly include Luchuan pig, longan meat, lilac litchi, pineapple, Hu Aishan, Wu's soy sauce and so on.

Tourism resources: Luchuan County is the first batch of tourist counties in Guangxi that are open to the outside world, and there are many scenic spots within its jurisdiction. Luchuan Hot Springs, Xielu Mountain Villa and Longzhu Lake Scenic Area are scenic spots in Guangxi. The scenery of Longzhu Lake is known as "Small Guilin"; Xielu Villa, built in the Republic of China, is one of the four most famous private villas in China. Covering an area of more than 600 mu, it is built on the mountain and integrates gardens and human landscapes. It is called "the first villa in Lingnan" by tourists at home and abroad.
