(1) Active health declaration

(2) Management of people coming (returning) to Hubei from risk areas

1. People coming (returning) to Hubei from high-risk areas will be subject to "7-day home quarantine", with code management during the period , not allowed to go out. A nucleic acid test will be conducted on the 1st, 3rd, 5th and 7th days of home isolation. For those who do not meet the conditions for home isolation, the receiving place will arrange an appropriate place to implement home isolation requirements.

2. People coming (returning) to Hubei from low-risk areas must complete two nucleic acid tests within 3 days after arriving in Hubei, and do not participate in gathering activities or go to crowded public places.

3. When the epidemic outbreak area has not yet been designated as a high-risk area or there is a situation where the scale of the epidemic is large, there is widespread community transmission, and the risk of spillover is high, the Provincial Epidemic Prevention and Control Headquarters will organize experts to conduct a dynamic assessment. Risk areas should be identified in a timely manner, and classified closed-loop health management measures such as isolation, health monitoring, and nucleic acid testing should be implemented for personnel arriving (returning) from relevant areas.
