1. This group is to create a platform for healthy running and happy making friends. Team members should be united and friendly, and run together. Go home safely and report to the group that you are safe!
2. Please change the group nickname as soon as possible after joining the group: it is best to use a real-name system so that you can use a good title when meeting.
3. Actively check in. The running group recommends that you use Migu Shanpao, Yue Pao Circle and Gudong software to check in. Don’t pursue pace. Whether you are walking, running or cycling, we focus on ~Health~Persistence~Positive energy. Everyone is welcome to share your own exercise tracks, and you can invite positive runners to join.
4. Welcome to actively participate in sharing and discussion after joining the group, be willing to take on group work and accept task invitations, contribute to our unique platform, and give full play to the spirit of ownership!
5. In order to ensure the healthy and positive development of this group, except for running, fitness, and positive topics, no unverified links to information in need of help are allowed.
