The home port of Qingdao International Cruise is an important deployment to promote the layout adjustment, transformation and upgrading of Qingdao Port and promote the development of high-end tourism and service industry in Qingdao. Together with the existing two berths, the overall wharf coastline will reach 1000 meters, which can dock the world's largest cruise ship with the deepest draft. The launch area of the cruise home port is expected to be put into normal operation in 20 14 years. After the launch area is put into operation, Qingdao can dock the world's largest and deepest draft cruise ship. Qingdao cruise home port start-up area mainly includes terminal operation area and service supporting area. There will be 700,000 square meters of supporting projects in the supporting service area, including restaurants, bars, tea bars and five-star hotels. The wharf operation area mainly includes wharf berth construction and comprehensive joint inspection building, with a design capacity of 4,000 person-times per hour and an annual tourist throughput of 6,543,800+0.5 million person-times. The service supporting areas are mainly exhibition, business and other functional areas. A parking space of 500,000 square meters will be specially built around the wharf, which can accommodate nearly 100 buses and 100 private cars. At the same time, all supporting facilities and "one customs clearance and two inspections" are equipped with corresponding docks and office locations.
