Has Greenland won the bid for the Dongtou Star City project?

The project has been approved.

According to the official website of Zhejiang Provincial Department of Culture and Tourism, Greenland won the bid for Star City in Dongtou District and the project has been approved. On January 25, 2021, Dongtou District Culture, Tourism, Sports Bureau and Wenzhou Xinglong Aviation Co., Ltd. have completed the listing of the project to connect Star City Star Island, so Greenland won the bid for Dongtou District Star City project.

The development scope of Starry Sky City includes Dazhuzhi Island, Xiaozhuzhi Island and some sea areas around the islands. The total investment of the project is about 300 million yuan, and the main construction content includes the renovation and upgrading of existing houses, the construction of art galleries and supporting projects, the construction of landscape supporting facilities and guest room groups, etc. Star City has signed project investment agreements and supplementary agreements, and has also completed the earthwork excavation of the terminal building pile foundation, including the purchase and storage of the Chaai'ao land parcel, preparation of a transfer plan, and a joint land transfer meeting.
