What is good to eat on the train?
Usually there are two reasons for eating on the train, one is to fill the stomach, the other is to kill the long train journey, and there is a rare tooth. So for these two needs, I also summed up what I can eat on the train. The first category is staple food, that is, things that can fill the stomach, and the second category is snacks. Is the train journey too boring? Snacks come on stage to save your boredom! The third category is fruit. On the train, in a closed space and dry environment, I ate some fruits full of juice and felt really alive.
Please give up instant noodles as the staple food, after all, it tastes too strong. It's convenient for me to finish eating, but it brings too much trouble to people around me. I suggest you buy some bread, sausages and bottled eight-treasure porridge before you leave. Then there is a brand of rice paste, and people with bad stomachs can make a cup on the train quickly. If you feel that eating only bread is tasteless, you can also buy some convenient and quick seaweed soup and the like, and rinse it with hot water to make fresh soup.
Secondly, when it comes to snacks, the main purpose of snacks is tasteless. It is best not to bring snacks such as melon seeds, such as potato chips, hawthorn chips, yogurt, plums and so on. These are all good choices. I suggest buying a pack of chewing gum and carrying it with you. After all, there is still a taste in your mouth after eating these.
Finally, when it comes to fruits, don't take watermelons on the train. One is inconvenient to carry and the other is troublesome to eat. Apples, pears and peaches are more convenient, smaller and easier to clean.
