2. The proof of economic source provided by mainland tourists can be real estate certificate, deposit certificate of NT$ 200,000 (about RMB 50,000), or proof of annual salary of NT$ 550,000 (about RMB 6,543,800+0.23 million).

3. The two sides of the strait do not adopt the deposit system and change to the "double insurance" system. That is, on the one hand, mainland tourists need to provide 1 mainland relatives as emergency contacts; On the other hand, the travel agency responsible for handling entry documents in Taiwan Province Province should also bear the responsibility of insurance, and both conditions are indispensable.

4. Mainland tourists who want to travel freely to Taiwan need to take out travel insurance of more than NT$ 2 million, and the amount of insurance should be in line with the number of days of free travel to Taiwan.

5. According to the current preliminary planning of the two sides of the strait, the number of mainland people going to Taiwan for free travel will be strictly limited at the beginning, with a daily limit of 500. The entry permit period is three months, and the maximum stay at one time is 15 days. You can apply for an extension of up to 7 days at a time.

6. If mainland tourists fail to return within the time limit, Taiwan Province Province will first notify the mainland emergency contacts and travel agencies to look for them. Those who have not returned for more than 7 days, mainland tourists and mainland emergency contacts will be recorded in Taiwan Province files, and they are not allowed to go to Taiwan in any name for 3 years.
