Any form of open-air barbecue and other off-site catering operations are not allowed in urban main and secondary arterial roads, tourist attractions and their surroundings, squares, green spaces and other public places, as well as in or around residential areas.2. All businesses that are qualified for barbecue operations must use smokeless barbecue stoves for processing and baking, otherwise they will not be allowed to operate.
3. Processing, baking and table setting outside the store are strictly prohibited. Strictly implement the business requirements of "bake in the store, eat in the store, and queue in the store", that is, all relevant business operators must bring smokeless baking stoves and related business equipment indoors or in the courtyard, and prohibit on-site processing and baking outside the store. and table management.
4. It is strictly prohibited to set up promotional signs in violation of regulations. Business operators are not allowed to hang string light billboards with the words "BBQ" or other words outside their stores or place floor-to-ceiling advertising light boxes.
5. Noise is strictly prohibited to disturb the residents. It is strictly prohibited to use speakers, tweeters and other audio equipment to attract customers, and it is prohibited to make loud noises and disturb residents. Those who violate the above requirements will be ordered to make corrections within a time limit. If they fail to make corrections within the time limit, their business tools will be seized in accordance with the law, forcibly banned, and a maximum fine of 20,000 yuan will be imposed in accordance with regulations.
Public security organs will severely crack down on those suspected of obstructing law enforcement or violently resisting the law; if a crime is constituted, they will be held criminally responsible in accordance with the law.
