Article 5: Enterprises, institutions and individuals inside and outside the county are encouraged to invest in the tourism industry, and foreign economic organizations and individuals are allowed to undertake or operate tourism projects in open zones. Article 6 The tourism management department of the county people's government shall be in charge of the tourism management work of the county. Article 7 The main responsibilities of the tourism management department are:

Article 8 The management scope of the tourism management department:

(1) Natural resources and human resources with tourism value;

(2) Tourist areas and scenic spots of various types and sizes , facilities;

(3) Enterprises, institutions and individuals that carry out economic activities in tourist areas, attractions and facilities;

(4) Providing transportation, food, accommodation, Designated units and individuals providing services such as sightseeing, entertainment, health, recuperation, shopping, souvenirs, etc.;

(5) Units that enter tourist attraction areas to engage in production and operation, scientific inspections, publicity interviews, photography and video recording, etc. and individuals;

(6) Historical cultural relics listed in tourist attractions shall be jointly managed by the tourism management department and the cultural relics management department.
