What is the format of the tour guide card of the travel agency?

Article 1 In order to strengthen the management of China citizens traveling abroad at their own expense, standardize overseas travel activities and protect the legitimate rights and interests of tourists, these Measures are formulated in accordance with the Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) on Exit and Entry of Citizens and its implementing rules, the Regulations on the Administration of Travel Agencies and its implementing rules.

Second, China citizens travel abroad at their own expense mainly in the form of teams. A team refers to an overseas tour group of three or more persons organized by a travel agency with the right to operate (hereinafter referred to as a team). The countries and regions of overseas travel destinations are proposed by the National Tourism Administration in conjunction with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Ministry of Public Security and submitted to the State Council for approval.

Article 3 China citizens traveling abroad at their own expense must develop in an organized, planned and controlled way. According to the Regulations on the Administration of Travel Agencies and the inbound tourism performance of travel agencies, the National Tourism Administration examines and approves travel agencies (hereinafter referred to as tour groups) that charter China citizens to travel abroad at their own expense, and files them with the Ministry of Public Security and announces them to the public. Without approval, no unit or individual may engage in this business. Article 4 The National Tourism Administration shall, in accordance with the principle of total amount control, implement quota management for the overseas travel organized by tour groups, check the number of overseas travel organized by tour groups according to a certain proportion of the number of inbound tourists received by tour groups, and uniformly print and issue the Audit Certificate for Overseas Travel of China Citizens at Their Own expense (hereinafter referred to as the Audit Certificate). Each person has an audit certificate in triplicate.

Article 5 A travel agency shall organize a group according to the number of overseas travel quotas approved by the National Tourism Administration, go through the registration and charging procedures for the participants, and fill in the audit certificate. The contents of the audit certificate include the basic information of the contestants, the name of the team, the tour route, the charging standard and the paid-in amount.

The rights and interests of tourists

Article 1 Travel agencies shall provide agreed services for tourists, and the services provided shall not be lower than national standards or industry standards.

Travel agencies should give true and clear answers to tourists' inquiries about their service items and service quality.

Article 2 Travel agencies shall provide tourists with services that meet the needs of ensuring the personal and property safety of tourists and take measures to prevent the occurrence of hazards; Legal provisions, customs, religious beliefs, etc. Explain clearly to tourists in advance and inform them of situations that may cause misunderstandings or conflicts among tourists.

Article 3 The service items provided by travel agencies shall be clearly marked and the quality and price shall be consistent, and there shall be no price fraud.

Article 4 Travel agencies shall sign contracts with tourists when organizing tourists to travel. The signed contract shall clearly stipulate the following contents:

(a) travel itinerary (including transportation, scenic spots, accommodation standards, catering standards, entertainment standards, shopping times, etc.). );

(2) Tourism price;

(3) Liability for breach of contract;

Article 5 A travel agency cannot form a tour group. When transferring a signed tourist to another travel agency to join a tour group, the written consent of the tourist must be obtained.

If a tourist is transferred to another travel agency without the written consent of the tourist, the transferred travel agency shall bear corresponding legal responsibilities.

Article 6 When a travel agency causes losses to the legitimate rights and interests of tourists due to the reasons specified in Article 7 of the Regulations, tourists have the right to complain to the tourism administrative department or the tourism quality supervision institution entrusted by it; After receiving complaints from tourists, the tourism administrative department or the tourism quality supervision agency entrusted by it shall promptly ascertain the facts. If the legitimate rights and interests of tourists are damaged due to the fault of the travel agency, it shall order the travel agency to make compensation according to the degree of loss of tourists. When the travel agency refuses to bear or is unable to bear the liability for compensation, the tourism administrative department shall allocate the compensation fee from the quality guarantee fund of the travel agency.
