What cities do you pass through from Changzhou to Fuzhou?

If you drive from Changzhou in Jiangsu to Fuzhou in Fujian, you will pass through more than a dozen cities and counties on the way. Here are some recommended cities and attractions worth a stop.

Suzhou

Departing from Changzhou, it takes less than an hour to reach Suzhou, the famous garden city in Jiangsu. In the early days, Suzhou's canals were extremely developed, with rivers crisscrossing the urban area. Today, many classical gardens were built on canals, such as the Humble Administrator's Garden and the Liuyuan Garden. In addition, Suzhou also has the famous Zhongshan Road Shopping Street, Suzhou City Wall, Tiger Hill and other attractions. If time permits, you can visit this water city full of classical charm.

Hangzhou

Departing from Suzhou and driving for about 4 hours, we arrived at the famous city of Hangzhou. Everyone knows the West Lake in Hangzhou, but if you don’t have much time, you can go to Lingyin Temple in Hangzhou. It is not far from the West Lake, and the tickets are cheaper than the West Lake. The beautiful scenery and architecture of the scenic spot alone make it worth a visit. If you want to taste authentic Hangzhou cuisine and local snacks, you might as well try the stalls on the Southern Song Dynasty Royal Street. Hangzhou is also very beautiful at night. You can go to see the light show and night market.

Fuzhou

Departing from Hangzhou and driving for about 7 hours, we can reach our final destination - Fuzhou. Fuzhou is the capital of Fujian Province and has a rich historical and cultural background and unique geographical environment. The most famous thing in Fuzhou is the Three Lanes and Seven Alleys, an old city with a history of nearly a thousand years. It has now become a cultural and creative industry gathering area integrating tourism, culture, and commerce. In addition, Fuzhou also has the national cultural heritage Fujian Earth Building (Fujian Earth Building is a unique building in Fujian Province and is known as the best of the ancient housing architectural art with southern Chinese characteristics), as well as the Folk Culture Street in Taijiang District and Baima Mountain Scenic Area are some of the attractions worth seeing.

The above are a few scenic spots that I personally recommend. You can also arrange more cities or scenic spots according to your own time and interests. Although the driving distance is long, the scenery along the way is so beautiful that you can leave memories among the mountains and rivers, adding to the beauty of the trip.
