Travel refund policy

Legal analysis: If the travel contract cannot be fulfilled due to the epidemic situation, it shall be deemed as force majeure. There are three main ways to deal with tourism complaints related to the epidemic situation: one is to change the tourism contract, the other is to cancel the tourism contract, and the third is that if the mediation of tourism complaints fails, you can apply to an arbitration institution for arbitration or bring a lawsuit to the people's court.

Legal basis: If the contract is terminated as stipulated in the second paragraph of Article 60 of the Tourism Law of the People's Republic of China, the travel agency shall return the balance after deducting the non-refundable fees paid to the local travel agency or the performance assistance personnel; If the contract is changed, the increased expenses shall be borne by the tourists, and the reduced expenses shall be returned to the tourists.
