How many people are there in Singapore?

In December 2023, Singapore’s total population reached 5.92 million.

According to the "2023 Population Brief" released by the National Population and Talent Agency of Singapore, compared with the same period in 2022, Singapore's population increased by 5%. The number of citizens increased by 1.6% to 3.61 million. The number of permanent residents increased by 3.7% to 540,000.
