What problems exist in the development of smart tourism in Songpan County?

There are four problems in the development of smart tourism in Songpan County.

1. The newly established 13 tourism market comprehensive regulation and supervision agencies generally have small establishment and few personnel, and lack of corresponding office facilities and law enforcement equipment. In addition, our county has limited financial resources. Although we have tried every means to raise funds , but it is still unable to fully guarantee the agency’s working funds.

2. The low-priced group tours organized by travel agencies triggered a series of negative chain reactions in the tourism market, and the state and county levels were unable to fundamentally rectify it.

3. The existence of off-peak and peak seasons in the tourism industry has led to uneven allocation of tourism resources, and disorderly competition in the tourism market has intensified seasonally, making it more difficult to effectively supervise the tourism market.

4. The development scope of Qizanggou Scenic Area overlaps with the planning scope of Huanglong Administration Scenic Area.
