How to pay the company's travel allowance?

Travel allowance belongs to the welfare of the unit and shall be handled in accordance with the provisions of the employer.

Labor laws and regulations only stipulate that the laborer terminates the contract, and the employer shall settle the salary at one time when the contract is terminated, issue the certificate of termination of the contract, pay the economic compensation when the work is handed over, and go through the formalities of transferring the relationship between files and social insurance within 15 days after the contract is terminated. No provision is made for travel allowance. Travel subsidies are benefits given to employees by employers, and the specific standards and payment methods should be handled in accordance with the provisions of employers, which cannot show fairness. Article 50 of the Labor Contract Law: The employing unit shall issue a certificate of dissolution or termination of the labor contract at the time of dissolution or termination, and go through the formalities of transferring the relationship between files and social insurance for the employee within 15 days. Laborers shall handle the work handover according to the agreement of both parties. If the employing unit should pay economic compensation to the workers in accordance with the relevant provisions of this law, it should pay it when the work handover is completed. The employing unit shall keep the text of the dissolved or terminated labor contract for at least two years for future reference. Article 9 of the Interim Provisions on Wage Payment issued by the Ministry of Labor [1995] No.226, if both parties to the labor relationship dissolve or terminate the labor contract according to law, the employing unit shall pay the employee wages in one lump sum when dissolving or terminating the labor contract.
