Procedures for handling the loss of Hong Kong and Macao Pass:

1. Report the loss to the police: both Hong Kong and Macao are 999.

2. Procedures for handling documents: The parties concerned shall apply for a valid entry and exit pass with the report of loss issued by the police station at China Travel Agency. If you still need to hold an "alarm receipt" in Macao, you should apply to the Exit-Entry Affairs Office of the Macao Police Department for a notice of loss reporting. In Macau, the parties concerned apply for a valid entry-exit pass to Macau China Travel Agency with the report of loss issued by the Exit-Entry Administration of Public Security.

The following procedures shall be implemented when applying:

(1) Submit the Application Form for Exit and Entry Permit of People's Republic of China (PRC) signed by me;

(2) Submit photo identification documents, such as resident ID card, copy of the original passport to and from Hong Kong and Macao, household registration book, etc. ;

(3) Submit 2 color photos of myself.

3. Departure formalities: After receiving a valid entry and exit permit for one entry, the parties concerned need to go to the Hong Kong Immigration Department to go through the relevant departure formalities in Hong Kong. After receiving a valid entry and exit permit, the parties concerned can return to the mainland directly in Macao with this permit.
