Precautions for paragliding in Boraka, Nepal
In fact, it is very convenient to go paragliding in Boraka, Nepal. First, the geographical location is close to us. El Boraca is a famous gliding spot, so the corresponding flight experience and supporting facilities are relatively complete. Moreover, the scenery of Boraca is beautiful, and you can fly on Feiwa Lake!
Pay attention to clothing.
Pokhara is very hot during the day. For safety reasons, long pants are recommended. Sun protection and accident prevention. (If the flight doesn’t go well and your knees drag for a while, you’ll be in trouble. I’ve already recruited some friends.) The coat can be short-sleeved. If girls are afraid of drying out, add a thin windbreaker or sunscreen. Be prepared and take your coat to the drop-off area before considering whether to wear it. Sunglasses, wind and sun protection are a must. Girls can wear a little lipstick when taking photos, and any hairstyle is fine. They'll be exposed anyway. No need to bring a bag, just put some change in your pocket. If you have a small bag, you can put it in your gliding bag.
About the Gliding Club:
For Durkheim’s price reference, a 15 to 30 minute gliding experience goes up from Rs. 8500 rupees. 10,000 aerial photography price increases from Rs. 1700 rupees. 2,000 Taking into account that Chinese tourists generally choose paragliding and shooting packages, the overall total increases from 10,200 rupees to 12,000 rupees.
The increase is about 20%, which is equivalent to about 100 yuan, that is, it rises from about 620 yuan to 720 yuan (the exchange rate changes daily, based on the real-time exchange rate). Although I checked the price, the price of flying at that time was indeed a bit low. Fortunately, you can chat with the instructor, which can increase your trust. Many people were flying on the mountain they were going to, so they let go of their worries. There is some truth to the question of whether the coach can speak Chinese, but it will be difficult to find a coach who speaks Chinese fluently. Anyway, the basic level of English I used at that time was enough.
Reminder:
If a timid baby doesn’t fly first, watch how others take off and follow them. After all, my English level was only about that when I took off. Body language is always the most reliable language! Focus! Please don't stop when you yell to run! You should keep running even if you feel your feet leave the ground. What a disaster it would be for two people to be left halfway! When you land, the country generally makes you stand upright? But due to inertia, many people still sat on the ground. So the coach knows this very well and will ask you to straighten your feet forward so that you can sit on the ground smoothly!
Diet:
You can't skip breakfast, you'll faint. Don't eat too much, you'll vomit. My breakfast is cookies and milk. I didn’t vomit after the flight, I just felt like I never wanted to fly again. I really envy my friends in the sky who spin all kinds of fancy yarns. Ordinary people should not try it, they will faint after turning a corner.
For example, my coach asked me if I wanted to give it a try. I thought I was okay, so I said I would go around in a small circle first, and I actually knelt down. I was dizzy and had looked at the scenery too much, so I finally had to let the coach land.
A good way to faint is to sell food next to you after landing. It’s much more comfortable to buy a cold drink.
About aerial photography:
Just take it hard, it will be recorded for you in the end. One may not look good, but there is always one in 100 that looks good.
