3. Recruitment procedures and methods
(1) Registration.
1. Registration time. From November 4th to 10th, 2013, ***7 days, for the convenience of applicants, registration will be carried out normally on the rest days.

3. Written examination for public subjects. Those who pass the skills (physical fitness) test will take the written examination for public subjects. It mainly tests the basic public knowledge and basic abilities that candidates should possess. The full score is 100 points, accounting for 20% of the total score.
4. Interview. Based on the weighted scores of the skills (physical fitness) test and the weighted scores of the written test (including test bonus points), the interview candidates will be determined from high scores to low scores in a ratio of 1:3 to the number of recruits for each position. 7. The total test score: the weighted score of the skills (physical fitness) test + the weighted score of the written test of public subjects (including test bonus points) + the weighted score of the interview.
8. Results announced. After the examination, the recruitment working group will publish the examination results on the Wuhai Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau website. Based on the total test scores, candidates for assessment and physical examination will be determined in a ratio of 1:1 to the number of people required for the recruitment major.
(4) Assessment.

4. Recruitment and post-employment benefits
