How to insert video into PPT?

Open the ppt and enter the slide text; click to select the video in the ppt; after selecting the video, click play in the ribbon; enter the play tab to find the video start option; click the drop-down box behind the start option to pop up the drop-down menu Click the Automatic option, select Automatic and click Save in the upper left corner.
