Notice on the orderly opening of tourist attractions

In order to coordinate epidemic prevention and control, economic and social development, and meet the people's tourism and leisure needs, it is decided that the county's tourist attractions will resume opening to the outside world in an orderly manner from April 20, 2022. The relevant matters are hereby notified as follows:

1. The legal representative of each unit is the first responsible person for epidemic prevention and control. All tourist attractions should consciously fulfill the main responsibility of epidemic prevention and control, strengthen the publicity of epidemic prevention and control knowledge, and equip them with sufficient epidemic prevention materials, prevention and control guides, pocket books, etc. Open in an orderly manner under the premise of controllable risks.

2. All scenic spots should strictly implement the Guide to Prevention and Control Measures for the Restoration and Opening of Tourist Attractions, pay close attention to the prevention and control of normalized epidemic situation in tourist attractions, further improve the emergency mechanism for epidemic prevention and control, and implement the responsibility for prevention and control to departments and individuals to ensure that all measures are put in place.

3. All scenic spots and attractions should comprehensively evaluate the carrying capacity and reception capacity of tourists, control the number of tourists below 50% of the maximum carrying capacity, and resolutely avoid crowds getting together and gathering.

4. All scenic spots should fully implement measures such as temperature measurement, wearing masks, "one meter line", ventilation and disinfection, employee health monitoring, "site code" scanning, health code and travel itinerary inspection. People whose body temperature is higher than 37.3℃ are told to go to the fever clinic of the nearest county hospital for medical treatment; If it is found that the health code is red or yellow, and the itinerary card shows a history of living in the epidemic area, it should be reported to the local township epidemic prevention and control headquarters as soon as possible.

5. All scenic spots and scenic spots should formulate the work system and emergency plan for the normalization of epidemic prevention and control, and carry out epidemic prevention and control skills training and emergency drills in management, service, maintenance of facilities and equipment, disinfection and cleaning, security inspection, etc., so as to improve the emergency response capability.

6. The County Culture and Tourism Bureau shall, jointly with relevant departments, implement the industry guidance and supervision responsibilities, and truly transmit the pressure of prevention and control to relevant units and responsible persons through on-site guidance, notification, clear paper and comprehensive supervision, so as to ensure the orderly development of the county's tourism industry and resolutely put an end to the outbreak.
