Trade Union Travel Regulations

1. The Trade Union Law does not stipulate the number of days required to organize employee travel

2. Currently, state-owned enterprises, public institutions, and national administrative agencies are not allowed to organize employee travel.

3. If it is another type of enterprise, if the union has sufficient funds and the unit leader approves it, it can take as many days as you want. No one is responsible for this.

Article 45 People's governments at all levels and enterprises, institutions and agencies shall provide necessary facilities for trade unions to work and carry out activities and physical conditions such as event venues.

Article 46: Trade union property, funds and real estate allocated by the state to trade unions may not be misappropriated, misappropriated or arbitrarily allocated by any organization or individual.
