1. Coming to Xiamen from domestic cities

1. Anyone entering Xiamen from medium- and high-risk areas must be quarantined for 7 days + nucleic acid test!

National risk level inquiry portal:

For those entering Xiamen who have a history of traveling to high-risk areas within 7 days: 7 days of centralized isolation and medical observation will be implemented.

For those entering Xiamen with a history of traveling to medium-risk areas within 7 days: 7 days of home isolation medical observation will be implemented. If the conditions for home isolation medical observation are not met, centralized isolation medical observation will be adopted.

2. People coming to Xiamen from other low-risk areas in the city where the medium- and high-risk areas are located must present a 48-hour nucleic acid test + two tests in three days!

3. People returning to Xiamen from cities with reported local cases

Persons with a history of living in cities affected by the epidemic must present a 48-hour nucleic acid certificate + test every three days after entering Xiamen!

*Persons entering Xiamen from domestic medium- and high-risk areas or key areas with local cases, please log in to the "i Xiamen" WeChat official account, click Epidemic Prevention and Control → Information Self-service Registration, and select risk areas Xiamen personnel can register and declare information independently.

4. If you come to Xiamen from other low-risk areas, you do not need to be quarantined. You must show the green health code + be tested twice every three days after arriving in Xiamen, and the temperature will be taken to pass normally!

Special note: Checking into Xiamen hotels requires a 72-hour nucleic acid negative certificate! Foreigners entering Xiamen are recommended to bring a 48-hour nucleic acid certificate to avoid delaying their trip!

2. Quarantine policy for foreigners entering Xiamen!

Latest policy:

All people entering Fujian from abroad, whether foreign citizens or Chinese citizens, are treated equally and are subject to "7 days of centralized isolation medical observation + 3 days of home health care" at the place of entry. "Monitoring", if the destination is Xiamen City but there is no place of residence, they will continue to be quarantined in a centralized isolation place for 3 days.
