How to travel from Dongxing to Halong Bay, Vietnam

There are currently two ways to travel to Xia Long:

Apply for a personal visa with a domestic passport and go by yourself. Dongxing will go through the customs to Mang Street in Vietnam. Take a bus or chartered bus from Mangjie to Xia Long, and buy a ticket and charter boat at Zhou Xun Island Pier to visit Halong Bay.

The most convenient and cheap way is to join a group or book privately (more than 4 people can join a group, of course, the price will be much more expensive)
