Is working in the tourism industry stressful?
I believe many people feel that people who work in the tourism industry are very lucky. They go out to play and work at the same time every day. Not only do they travel, but they also get high wages. It is true. It is enviable. In fact, what I want to say is that this is not the case. People in the tourism industry are also in ruins. Let’s talk about the profession of tour guides. We all think that they are so happy. They travel all over the world in cars every day. But you don’t know how hard it is for them. They have to go out every day and work outdoors. I can put myself in my shoes and think about it. Is it tiring to go out alone for a day? It must be tiring. Like them, they have been out for a day today and have to go out again tomorrow. They have to go out and take people around almost every day. Some people will say that they can go out to play and travel every day. In fact, this is not the case. The places that tour guides go to are basically fixed. If they go to one place every day, is it still called tourism? I think they all want to vomit? Of course, for tourists, everything is new, but for them, they have long been bored. Therefore, the job of a tour guide may seem very good to outsiders, but in reality it is really tiring and boring. It’s a profession. My girlfriend’s sister-in-law runs a travel company. It’s hard for them to find employees. If the salary is low, no one is willing to do it. If the salary is high, the company will be ineffective. Moreover, from the perspective of being a tour guide, There are fewer and fewer people. Moreover, they have to worry about taking tourists out. Many tourists are disobedient and run around in the scenic area by themselves. They are all adults. They are not happy when they are told something unpleasant, and some even try to be a tour guide. . Having said all this, what I want to say is that no matter what industry they are in, their work pressure is very high. Of course, the same goes for those in the tourism industry, and their work is particularly boring. Anyway, if it were me, I would not choose the tourism industry. I feel it is not suitable for me. Not to mention the pressure, I am also so tired.
