Does Sheshan National Forest Park require tickets?

Now admission to both East and West Sheshan is free. The Observatory and Bamboo Sea Paradise in West Sheshan are charged, and the sightseeing tower in East Sheshan is charged.

Sheshan National Forest Park is located in Songjiang County, southwest of Shanghai. The mountain is 90 meters high and 9 kilometers in radius. It is the highest peak in Shanghai. The mountains are densely covered with pines and bamboos and the scenery is beautiful.

Sheshan National Forest Park is divided into West Sheshan Park and East Sheshan Park. The main attractions in the West Sheshan Garden include: Catholic pilgrimage sites, the fourteen Stations of the Cross statues on the "Jingzhu Road", Cong Taoist and Hushu Pavilion, etc. The famous Sheshan Observatory and Seismic Observatory are also located in West Sheshan. There is a Bird Garden in Dongsheshan Park, which is currently the largest bird attraction integrating science popularization and appreciation. There are 20 steel columns with a height of 20-40 meters standing on the hillside of the Bird Garden, and nearly 30,000 square meters of polyethylene netting covers the entire Bird Garden. There are more than 50 species of birds in the garden and more than 5,000 birds. Among them, there are nearly ten species of birds under national first and second level protection.
