The tourism industry is a service industry, and it is difficult to be a tour guide because tourists are often difficult to agree on. For example: One time when I was working at a travel agency, I saw an aunt scolding a female tour guide in her 20s and crying because the tour guide told some dirty jokes to lighten the atmosphere in the car.
