The specific operations are as follows:

Open the "eDalian Channel" of Liaoshitong App or in Search the "Liao Shi Tong e Dalian" mini program on WeChat and Alipay, enter the mini program, and click "Apply for Location Code" on the homepage.

Click "Place Code".

Click "Request Location Code".

Enter venue information.

(1) Institution (place) type: You can choose business places, key areas, key industries, operating vehicles, traffic checkpoints, party and government agencies, enterprises and institutions, and other place types.

(2) Institution (place) industry: After selecting the institution (place) type, the system will automatically bring out the industries related to the institution (place) type.

The corresponding institutions (places) industries of "business premises" are hotels, guesthouses, B&Bs, shopping malls and supermarkets, shopping malls, farmers' markets, bars, beauty salons, bathing and massage, home appliance repairs, various financial institutions, and local finance Organize and operate outlets, postal outlets, bookstores, theaters, script killing, escape rooms, nightclubs, dance halls, KTV, Internet cafes, and sports venues.

The corresponding institutions (places) industries of "key areas" are medical and health institutions, pharmacies, libraries, museums, cultural centers (stations), schools, kindergartens, childcare institutions, off-campus training institutions, elderly care institutions, and marriages Registration agencies, funeral service agencies, and administrative service halls at all levels.

The corresponding institutions (places) industries of "key industries" are cold chain food, catering, tourism, transportation, and logistics and express delivery.

The corresponding institutions (places) industries of "operating vehicles" are buses, taxis, online ride-hailing, line passenger transport, and chartered passenger transport vehicles.

The corresponding institution (place) industry of "Party and Government Organs, Enterprises and Institutions" is Party and Government Organs, Enterprises and Institutions.

The corresponding institutions (places) industries of "traffic checkpoints" are airports, seaports and terminals, railway stations (including high-speed rail stations), subways, and long-distance passenger bus stations.

(3) Institution (place) name: Fill in the name of the institution. For public transportation vehicles, you can fill in the bus route number, taxi plate number, subway line number, etc.

(4) The administrator’s name and administrator’s mobile phone number default to the currently logged in user account and cannot be changed.

(5) Institution (place) address: Select the district (city) and county where the institution is located.

(6) Detailed address: Fill in the detailed address of the institution. For buses and taxis, you can fill in the license plate number. For the subway, you can fill in the car number. For example: Car No. 1, Car No. 1, Line 1.
