How to use

The Rome Pass is a city travel transportation card launched by the Rome Tourism Bureau. There are 48 hours and 72 hours, and the charges are 28 euros and 38.5 euros respectively; generally 72% of tourists choose more than 72 hours;

The content of the 48-hour card is that the first two attractions you go to are free. No need to queue, half-price tickets for the third attraction, including the Colosseum, and bus transportation in downtown Rome;

72-hour card that includes all 48-hour content, with an additional charge in the suburbs of Rome Public transportation costs; now you can get a Rome tourist map by purchasing this card.

It is recommended that after getting the card, you put the Colosseum and the Borges Museum in the first two places, because they are the most valuable, and then choose Castel Sant'Angelo as the third half-price scenic spot;

Unlimited rides on the subway and bus within three days, generally starting from the first time you enter the scenic spot to swipe a ticket, or the first time you take the subway or bus. Fees for the Vatican Museums and the Pinnacle of St. Peter's Basilica are not included.

Colosseum

There are three ways to book the Colosseum using the Rome Pass:

Go to the Roman Forum ticket office half an hour in advance to exchange for a reservation ticket; enter the Colosseum with the Rome Pass and this reservation ticket. If a minor with an exemption ticket is involved, a €2 booking fee will be paid when changing the ticket and a ticket exemption voucher will be issued.

Telephone reservation

Call 0639967575, you must provide your credit card number, and a reservation fee of 2 euros per person will be charged;

On-site reservations

On-site reservations at the Roman Forum box office are only available on the same day (the reservation may be full), and there is no reservation fee.
