3. Jingyuetan was the first water source artificially built by 1934 to supply water to the urban area of Changchun, which was called "water source" or "water storage tank" during the occupation period. Jingyuetan was named after Zheng Yu, the second son of Zheng, the Prime Minister of the Puppet Manchukuo, who was then the director of the Puppet Manchukuo Basic Construction Bureau. The forest in the scenic spot is artificially constructed and contains a complete forest ecosystem of 30 tree species. Its unique geographical advantages make it a "pure land in downtown", with the reputation of "the largest plantation in Asia", "the pearl of green sea" and "the oxygen bar of the city", and it is the ecological green heart and city business card of Changchun.
