Power of attorney without parents (original)

1. 18 years old or older can travel alone. /kloc-Under the age of 0/8, you must have a chaperone, who can walk with one of your parents. If you don't walk with your parents, you need a power of attorney from your parents.

Passport (original)

1. The validity period must be at least 6 months (from the last day of applying for a visa), and the passport must have at least 2 blank pages for use. If you have an old passport, you must provide it all. (The back of the old passport needs the personal signature of the holder).

Photo (original)

Two color photos 1.2 (4.5cm×4.5cm) taken in the last 6 months. (Photos with red background cannot be used)

Id card (copy)

1. Please provide a clear copy of the second-generation ID card (both sides are copied on the same page), which must be within the validity period. If it expires, you can provide a copy of the ID card receipt (which needs to be stamped with the police station seal).

Household register (copy)

1. Please provide copies of every page of all members in my household registration book; If it is a collective account, you can provide the home page and my page.

2. Applicants who hold a Hong Kong yellow passport (that is, a Hong Kong visa identity document) and a Macao travel permit do not need to provide a copy of the household registration book. They must go to the public security bureau where they live in the past six months to issue the Registration Form for Temporary Accommodation of Overseas Personnel, and provide the original and a copy of the Home Visit Permit.

(3) The record of purchasing social security in the local area for 6 consecutive months (continuous purchase is required, and the original must be opened for the social security bureau).

Note: Colleagues who are applicants for permanent residence in other places can apply together with their immediate family members who have permanent residence in Guangdong, Guangxi and Hainan. If you have proof of relationship, you can submit your visa together, and you don't need to provide proof of residence.

Marriage certificate (copy)

1. If married, please provide marriage certificate; If divorced, please provide a copy of divorce certificate or a copy of court mediation.

School certificate (original)

1. Students who are studying should provide the school certificate, which needs to be printed on the official stationery of the school, and must include the following information: the applicant's name, grade/major, and leave to go abroad. The certification materials must indicate the address and contact information of the school, affix the official seal of the school, and write down the position and name of the person in charge who issued the certificate and sign it.

2. If you graduated recently, please provide the original graduation certificate or relevant school certificate.

Student ID (copy)

1. Please provide a copy of your student ID card. (Clear Home Page and Content Page)

2. Applicants for studying abroad: If foreign students need to travel to Japan for holidays or other personal reasons, they need to provide their ID card+school address and telephone number. If you cannot provide proof of studying, you should provide the original proof of residence in China. (The account must be within the scope of Guangzhou Consulate before it can be accepted. )

Certificate of working capital (original)

1. Original bank statement with a balance of more than 654.38+10,000 yuan in the name of myself or one of my parents (proof of relationship is required). (If the household registration book is provided, a complete copy is required. )

2. For holders of credit cards or UnionPay cards (gold cards, showing signs such as gold, platinum and unlimited). ), (Note: when applying for a visa, the visa applicant and the credit card name (cardholder) must be the same person with the same pinyin). Simplify the application materials for individual single tourist visas. The following materials ① or ② are required to be submitted for high-value international credit card gold cards (including UnionPay cards).

(2) Proof that the credit card (UnionPay card) is valid and can pay the travel expenses (color copy of credit card and consumption bill or proof of valid credit card limit).

Auxiliary assets (copy)

1. It is recommended to provide a copy of the real estate license, a copy of the vehicle driving license (vehicle information page and photo page), stock securities, deposit certificates and other asset materials in my or my parents' names. The more assets are provided, the more successful the visa will be.
