8. Must-visit attractions in Yunnan

First: Kunming

p>

Kunming is the most suitable city for the elderly in China. Even though Sanya is like summer all year round and Beihai has flowers in winter and summer, Kunming is still the best choice for retirement.

I won’t say much about Kunming’s climate. It is truly like spring all year round. No matter when you come, you always feel like a spring breeze person. Moreover, Kunming's medical level is also among the best in the country, with 17 top-level hospitals, far ahead of other cities in the province. The elderly here don’t have to worry about seeing a doctor.

Second: Baoshan

Baoshan, an ancient city ignored by most people, is located in western Yunnan. The climate is similar to Kunming. It is another spring city in Yunnan. The average temperature here is 11 in January, the coldest month, and the maximum temperature in May, the hottest month, does not exceed 27 degrees Celsius. There is no scorching heat in summer and no severe cold in winter.

Another advantage of Baoshan elderly care is its rich geothermal resources, which means there are many hot springs. It is a paradise for Northeastern people who are used to bathing in winter. There are hot spring hotels everywhere in Baoshan, and the prices are not expensive. The hot spring water is of high quality and bathing is very comfortable.

Third: Qujing

Qujing is the second largest city in Yunnan, located at the junction of Yunnan, Guizhou and Guangxi provinces. Many people have the impression of Qujing as an industrial city. In fact, it is also an ecological city. It has been included in China's top ten livable cities six times. Luoping Rapeseed Flowers and Jiulong Waterfall are both from Qujing.

Qujing has a lot of delicious food. Xuanwei ham is one of the three largest hams in China. It has duck, chicken, steamed bait and other delicacies. It is said that I had dinner in Qujing. Qujing's medical level is very high. There are 6 tertiary hospitals, second only to Kunming in the province. It is also very convenient from here to Nanning, Guiyang and Kunming, so it attracts a large number of outsiders to come here for retirement.

Fourth: Dali

Dali is a writer

Dali has flowers blooming all year round, especially in winter, which is warm and pleasant. It’s mostly sunny throughout the winter, so you can bring a coat with you for the winter. The advantage of Dali is that the air is good and the pace is slow. The locals come from all over the world. Everyone has a story to tell and it’s easy to make friends. Therefore, old age will never be lonely.

Dali has convenient transportation, with direct flights to most domestic provincial capitals. There are flights to Kunming every day, and it only takes 40 minutes to arrive.

Fifth: Xishuangbanna

If you are looking for a tropical city like Sanya, Xishuangbanna is definitely for you. This is the best-preserved area of ??China's tropical ecosystem, with lush vegetation everywhere and enjoying the plant kingdom.

Only when you arrive in Xishuangbanna will you realize how worthless fruits are. There are fruit stalls in the streets and alleys, and the prices are very low. There is no winter in Xishuangbanna. In January, the coldest month, the daytime temperature can reach above 25°C, and even approach 30°C in hot weather. Locals are accustomed to wearing long sleeves or skirts all year round.

As a city mainly focused on tourism, Xishuangbanna has a strong festive atmosphere. There are festivals almost every month. The locals are good at singing and dancing, and various ceremonies and celebrations make people feel the strong ethnic customs.
