What are the attractions in Shucheng? Please help me

Shucheng has a long history. It was the ancient country of Qunshu in the Spring and Autumn Period and the valley of Hanlongshu. Located in the hinterland of central Anhui, it has convenient transportation and rich products. "Shucheng County Chronicle" says: "The wings of Huainan are the throat of northern Anhui, with flat areas on the left and dangerous obstacles on the right." It is the secluded place of Li Gonglin, a great painter of the Song Dynasty, the hometown of Wen Weng, an educator of the Han Dynasty, and the place where Zhou Yu raised his troops in the Three Kingdoms. Therefore, there are many places of interest and historical sites in Shucheng. The beauty of the landscape and countryside has always been praised by literati. There is a saying of "Eight Scenes of Longshu". 1. Sanyan Yuze Qimenyan is located at the foot of Qimen Mountain 20 kilometers southwest of Shucheng County (now part of Xinjie Village). It is a famous water conservancy project in my country. It was first built by Liu Xin, the Marquis of Genjie in the Han Dynasty, and later the Wuyang Weir and the Weir were built in the east, which is called the Seven Gates and Three Weirs. Liu Fu, the governor of Yangzhou in the Eastern Han Dynasty, and Liu Xian, the county magistrate in the Ming Dynasty, made several improvements and expanded the irrigation area, benefiting the people for generations. In memory of Liu Xin, Liu Fu and Liu Xian, the "San Liu Temple" was built at the mouth of the weir, with stone and tree steles carved to record the merits of the three. Qimenyan is characterized by making full use of natural hills, ridges, ponds and ditches to form a gravity irrigation network. There are mountains and rivers here, the mountains and rivers complement each other, the scenery is pleasant, and there are acres of chestnut forests, rich in the famous "Dahongpao" chestnuts. "Sanyan Yuze" is known as one of the eight scenic spots in Longshu. Nowadays, Qimenyan has been included in the supporting projects of Hangpi Main Canal and has become an important part of Pishihang Irrigation District. 2. Longmian Yuxiu "Longmian Yuxiu" is the second of the eight scenic spots in Longshu. "Where are the dragons sleeping in the mountains? In the past, the dragons slept but now they don't sleep. They heard that the dragons have gone with the clouds and things. It shouldn't rain in just one field." This is a poem by Song Dynasty poet Huang Tingjian about Longmian Mountain. Longmian Mountain is called Longshu Mountain, 40 kilometers southwest of the county. It is named because it looks like a crouching dragon. The mountains are winding and undulating, and the rocks are deep and deep. There are many cliffs in the middle. There are scenic spots such as Erlongjing, Qingbutan and Yuxia on the mountain. There is Longmian Village in the shadow of the mountain, which is majestic and beautiful. Far opposite Longmian Mountain is Huayan Mountain, also known as Donglongmian Mountain. The two mountains are actually in the same vein. Huayan Mountain also has famous attractions such as Tiger Stone, Cockscomb Stone, Checkerboard Stone, and Immortal Bed, all of which are named according to the shape of the rocks on the mountain. Li Gonglin, a great painter of the Song Dynasty, loved the beautiful scenery of Longmian Mountain and retired here for his old age. He was known as Longmian layman. Self-painted "Longmian Villa Picture", with Su Shi's postscript. 3. Meishan Xiaoyan The third of the eight scenic spots in Longshu, "Meishan Xiaoyan", refers to Meishan 30 kilometers southwest of Shucheng County. Meishan is located on the north bank of the upper reaches of Hangbu River, and on the south bank is the ancient Meihe Town. When flash floods occur in this section of the Hangbu River, the river is surging with turbulent waves and flows straight into Chaohu Lake. But usually she is as level as a mirror and like a quiet girl. When the weather is fine, the river is covered with a gauze-like morning mist, and the top of Meishan Mountain is also shrouded in smoke and clouds. What appears in front of you is a freehand landscape painting. According to legend, Wei Meifu (named Zizhen) of Nanchang in the Han Dynasty retired from office and retired to this mountain to cultivate and become an immortal. The original Mei Xian Cave and Mei Xian Temple on the mountain no longer exist. During the Anti-Japanese War, Meihe Town was the center of Shucheng's anti-Japanese and national salvation movement. The county mobilization committee was established here to lead anti-Japanese and national salvation groups to carry out vigorous anti-Japanese and national salvation movements throughout the county. The "Shucheng Battle Report" founded by the County Action Committee was established on Meishan. After the Longhekou Reservoir was built in 1958, Meihe Town was demolished. Another town of Longhekou was built. Meishan is surrounded by water on three sides, giving it the feeling of a fairyland and a beautiful island. Standing on Meishan, you can enjoy the beauty of the fishing sails on the lake and the green mountains in the southwest. It is really a tourist attraction where the lakes and mountains complement each other. 4. Feixia Evening Photo Now there is an ancient pagoda standing in Shucheng County. In ancient times, there were towering pines and cypresses, numerous temples, and a deserted and quiet place. Next to the temple there is Feixia Pavilion for viewing the scenery. Whenever the sun sets in the west, the sunset glow is flying, accompanied by the distant bells in the temple, it is really "the setting sun returns to the sky, and the remaining clouds scatter across the rainbow." This is the "Flying Clouds Evening Photo" of the Eight Scenes of Longshu. After the Song Dynasty painter Li Gonglin returned to Shucheng as a hermit, he built the "Returning House" here, with a release pond and Qingxin Pavilion next to it. Su Shi wrote a poem saying: "Lotte retired early and now we are safe, and Mojie has been idle for a long time. There is no such thing as ancient times. Five acres of self-planted bamboo on the pond, ten years of empty time to see the picture of Wangchuan. I recently heard that Tao Ling opened the Three Classics and promised Yang Xiong to borrow an area. Late We work together with you every year, just like clouds, geese and ducks disperse across the lake." This poem describes the scenery here and also expresses Li Gonglin's leisurely mood after his retirement. Today, the ancient architectural relics no longer exist, but only the ancient towers stand majestically. The Freeing Pond and Qingxin Pavilion in Feixia Park are still there. A Li Gonglin Exhibition Hall has been established in the park, and pine and cypress flowers are planted around the Qingxin Pavilion and the Free Life Pond. The environment is beautiful and pleasant. Every holiday, the park is crowded with tourists. Feixia Park has become a good place for people to relax and have fun. 5. Muma Old City "Muma Old City" refers to the fact that when Zhou Yu, the famous Soochow general of the Three Kingdoms, accompanied Sun Ce to attack Dong Zhuo, he built an earthen city to live in 9 kilometers southwest of Shucheng County. The city walls still exist today, and the four gates are visible. Later generations called Zhou Yucheng. There was originally an ancient temple, Jingfan Temple, in the city. To the south of the city is Hang Port and to the north are willow forests and bamboo gardens. It was called "Muma Town" in ancient times. There are three mounds 2 kilometers further north, named Lian Sandun. It is said that this area was the place where Zhou Yu trained his troops and herded his war horses. A Ming Dynasty poet wrote a nostalgic poem by Zhou Yu: "I went to the city to see the ancient temple, and I paid homage to Duke Zhou generously. The kings of the two Han Dynasties still have their own affairs, and they have three parts to determine their hegemony. The warriors' fortress is leveled with snow, and the flowers are pressing down on the palace of beauties. If you want to ask about Sun Wu, your dream of Jiangnan is empty." " 6. Spring Waves on Peach Creek "The flowers are blooming like Wulingyuan, the streams are swollen with blue traces on sunny days, and the warm wind is blowing like waves." This is the poem "Spring Waves on Peach Creek" by the ancients. This is the sixth scene of the eight sceneries of Longshu. Taoxi Town is located 11 kilometers north of Shucheng County, on the north bank of Fengle River. In the past, it was the grain distribution center of Shucheng. Rice was transported by water directly to Wuhu, one of the four major rice markets in my country, via Chaohu. After the May 4th Movement, Taoxi County Second High School became the center for spreading new culture in our county. He once ran the progressive publication "Taoxi Lang".

Taoxi is an ancient town with beautiful scenery. Xiangcha Temple and Nanyue Temple are two famous ancient temples. There are scenery such as "Xiangsha Soaring Clouds" and "Nanyue Evening Bell". Peach willows are planted all along the river. In late spring, the sails are shimmering and fallen flowers are colorful. During the peach blossom season, there is also an abundance of fresh and delicious bream, which is praised by tourists. 7. Jinji Dun In ancient times, Jinji Dun was located 2 kilometers west of Shucheng County. It is the seventh of the eight scenic spots in Longshu. The pier is a mound with a small river to the south. The river water rushes into a deep pool at the foot of the pier. The water in the pool is crystal clear and is named Jinjitan. Qin Minyue, the official minister of the Ming Dynasty, built the "Golden Rooster Academy" here. According to folklore, in ancient times there was a golden rooster perched on this mound. People loved the golden rooster very much and respected it as a god. One day, the golden rooster suddenly spread its wings and flew away, never to return. The people were very anxious and raised funds to build a rooster-calling building in the county town. The golden rooster was called back again and sang a song every day to usher in the dawn and arouse people to engage in a new day of work. The ancients' poem about the Golden Rooster includes: "The returning guests are surprised to sleep on their pillows and dream of homesickness, which evokes the fishing stream and the release of fishing boats." In 1975, a group of ancient tombs were discovered here, and many bronzes with local characteristics of Shu were unearthed - Xiding Ding, Xuanding and other bronzes, with beautiful shapes and smooth patterns. This is a precious material for studying the history of Shucheng. 8. Luqi Qinglan Luqi Mountain is located 15 kilometers south of Shucheng County. The mountain is lush with green pines and cypresses. It used to be the Nanyue Xing Temple. In front of the temple, there are famous places such as the Heart Testing Platform and the Sword Washing Pond. I heard that a monk came here in ancient times and saw sika deer walking through the mountain, so he named it Luqi Mountain. The trees in Yinshan Mountain are luxuriant. Whenever the sky is clear and the air is clear, water vapor rises, and the mist of the mountain is shrouded in mist, like light smoke covering the mountain peaks. The Nanyue Xing Temple is looming, like a beautiful tower and jade house, and is known as "The Deer Qinglan". On June 11, 1938, a unit of the 27th Group Army of the Kuomintang fought with the Japanese invaders in the Nangang area. The Kuomintang troops collapsed. Guns and ammunition were abandoned all over the fields around Luqishan. The local people collected 370 long guns and 20 hand-held machine guns, and established the Dongshageng guerrillas, relying on Luqi Mountain to fight against the Japanese invaders and defend their hometown. During the War of Liberation, guerrillas often attacked the Kuomintang district and township authorities and returning troops around Luqishan. The Nanyue Xing Temple was destroyed by the war.
