Instructions for China citizens to apply for an Indian visa

(1) Indian visa authorities

Visa agencies outside India are Indian embassies, consulates and high commissions in various countries. The visa authorities in India are the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Ministry of the Interior and the Regional Registration Office for Foreigners (FRRO) under the Ministry of the Interior. Foreigners' management offices have been set up in every state, city and international airport in India.

(2) Duties and powers of Indian visa authorities.

Embassies and consulates in China accepts all kinds of visa applications from China citizens. Indian embassies and consulates abroad or the High Commission also accept all kinds of visa applications from China citizens, but they must be submitted to the Indian Ministry of Interior for approval. India's Ministry of Foreign Affairs deals with visas for diplomats and officials. India's Ministry of the Interior and its Aliens Management Office handle other types of visas and visa extensions as well as foreigners' residence permits. The Aliens Management Office of India International Airport is responsible for entry-exit inspection and visa processing at ports. At present, only citizens of a few countries can apply for port visas in India. China citizens must obtain a visa before entering India.

(3) Materials and related information required for applying for an Indian visa.

No matter what kind of Indian visa you apply for, you must provide the original passport, which is valid for at least half a year; Fill in the India visa application form in triplicate and submit three recent passport photos. In addition, according to the type of Indian visa application, other relevant materials need to be provided.

Materials to be prepared:

1. Personal passport valid for more than 6 months.

1. The company is the applicant of the enterprise. Please provide a clear copy of the business license, copy it on A4 paper, and record the annual inspection. The copy is stamped with the official seal of the company.

incumbency certification

1. Employment certificate in duplicate, one in Chinese and one in English.

2. Print on the company's ordinary stationery and affix the company's red seal.

3. On-the-job certificate shall include: company name, my position and income, travel time, position and signature of the person in charge, telephone number, fax number and company business license/enterprise organization code certificate number. It should also indicate that the applicant for guarantee will return to China on schedule.

Applicants of the same company must be typed on the same stationery in the form of a list, and everyone should provide the original letter of guarantee.

5. If you can't provide "proof of employment", please provide 4 blank company stationery and affix the company's red seal.

invitation letter
