1. Overall requirements
(1) Guiding ideology. (2) Basic principles.
Adapt measures to local conditions and highlight characteristics. Relying on the farming and breeding industry, green waters and mountains, pastoral scenery and local culture, develop rural industries with obvious advantages and distinctive features to better highlight regional characteristics, carry rural values ??and reflect local flavor.
