The upper part of the stone pillar is cut into an octagonal shape, with a cross stone beam on the forehead and a stone slab cover on the beam. The front and rear slopes are each composed of three stone slabs, covered horizontally and decorated with tiles, tiles and dripping water. There is a bird bell hanging ring under the corner of the wall. The caisson is in the shape of a bucket, with the middle nest of stone beams, square melon columns, two cross beams and ridge purlins intersecting on all sides. The words "Xi Wu Si Wen" are engraved on the forehead, facing northwest, and there are couplets on the stone pillars. "The clear sound can frighten the outsiders, and the morning bell can wake up the dreamers." There is an ancient clock hanging ring on the pavilion's ridge purlin, but the bell no longer exists
