If the accepting institution can reply on the spot when handling the applicant's application, it will reply on the spot; If you can't reply on the spot, you should reply within 15 working days from the date of receiving the application; If it is really necessary to extend the reply period, with the consent of the person in charge of the government information disclosure organ, the extension of the reply time shall not exceed 15 working days, and the applicant shall be informed.

1. Collect the retrieval, copying and mailing fees generated in the process of applying for the disclosure of government information according to the charging standards set by the provincial price and the financial department, and all the fees collected shall be turned over to the finance.

2. The rural five-guarantee object, the minimum living guarantee object for urban and rural residents, and the entitled groups who enjoy the state pension subsidies can be exempted from relevant expenses upon their own application and examination by the office of Guangdong Provincial Tourism Bureau, with valid certificates issued by the local township people's government or neighborhood offices.
