When the editor was traveling in South Korea, a shop assistant asked me if I wanted to eat seaweed rolls, and I happily agreed. Because at that time, I had been looking for seaweed rolls and wanted to try what authentic seaweed rolls taste like. As soon as I arrived at the store, I was confused. The clerk took me to a sushi restaurant. The clerk said very definitely that this was a seaweed roll, which made me doubt my own knowledge.
So, in order to explain clearly the difference between the two, the editor did a special study. Let me introduce their differences to you in the most intuitive table~
The origins of the two are also different. Korean seaweed rolls:
In the Goryeo Dynasty, Mr. Park Il, an envoy who came to pay tribute to the Chinese Empire, accidentally discovered that the people of the Chinese Dynasty would eat rice with green vegetables. After tasting it, he thought it was a delicacy on earth. . Not only can it be eaten as a dish, but it can also fill your stomach. So Mr. Park thought of bringing lettuce back. Due to the unpleasant journey, Mr. Park, who traveled a long way back to Korea, found that all the lettuce had turned into dried vegetables. So Mr. Park gave full play to the creativity and imagination of the Korean people and invented the famous invention. The world’s “kimbap.” Japanese sushi:
Japanese sushi was introduced to Japan from the coastal areas of China around the third century AD. It was originally just pickled salted fish, and later it was changed to fish and rice. This is the predecessor of sushi. Although sushi first came from China, it has developed into one of the representatives of Japanese culture after more than a thousand years!
