People's Republic of China (PRC) civil servant law

Article 12 The central competent department of civil servants is responsible for the comprehensive management of civil servants throughout the country. The local competent departments of civil servants at or above the county level shall be responsible for the comprehensive management of civil servants within their respective jurisdictions. The competent department of civil servants at higher levels shall guide the management of civil servants at lower levels. The competent departments of civil servants at all levels shall guide the management of civil servants at the same level. Thirteenth civil servants should meet the following conditions:

(1) Having China nationality;

(two) at least eighteen years of age;

(3) Support the Constitution of People's Republic of China (PRC) and the Communist Party of China (CPC)'s leadership and socialist system;

(4) Having good political quality and moral conduct;

(5) Having the physical conditions and psychological quality to perform their duties normally;

(6) Having the educational level and working ability that meet the post requirements;

(seven) other conditions prescribed by law. Article 14 A civil servant shall perform the following obligations:
