Wang Zizhou jokingly called himself a "young bright family". He always creates 60 paintings and calligraphy every year. He said that 60 paintings are his creative limit for one year, just enough for an art exhibition. Then he sold all the paintings, took out 2/3 of the proceeds from selling paintings and filled them into the student aid fund, leaving 1/3 as a year's expenditure. In the past two years, Wang Zizhou's fame and income have increased, but the living conditions at home have remained unchanged. In September 2009, 48-year-old Wang Zizhou signed up to teach through the Central Committee of the Communist Youth League. He went to his primary school, Zizhou Hope Primary School in Yueshan Village, Yuan Xian Town, Huangshan City, Anhui Province, as an art teacher. He became the oldest volunteer and will teach in the primary school he funded for three years.
